Farwell to Italy

I finished up my trip to Italy in Sorrento. While there I made day trips to Amalfi and Positano were I admired the beautiful coastline. I walked along the edge of the beach allowing my feet to feel the sand and the cool Mediterranean Sea.

The last day I visited the historical ruins of Pompeii. I walked the cobble stone paths though the ruins and saw what beauty that survived the volcano.

I enjoyed my visit to Italy, I learned a lot about their culture, viewed their beautiful art and learned how Gothic and Renaissance Art influenced a lot of their building designs.

These are Murano Inspired Glass Earrings. The color reminds me of the sweet Lemons grown in Sorrento.
